WHAT IS RESIN PAINTING?
Resin painting is a mixing mica paint with epoxy resin to form a painting with shiny surface, like glass.
All of my artwork is original, and created from scratch using natural materials such as sand from our local beaches, shells, starfish, small rocks, moss, whatever nature inspires me to use.
Resin dries to a glassy finish, some pieces may have small imperfections on the surface of the resin such as fine bubbles, ripples or small particles that have found a way to the painting and cured within the resin during its 24-48 hour drying stage.
DELIVERY + DELIVERY TIMES:
All pieces are finished with sawtooth hangers on the back, bumper guards or cork, and ready to pack and ship.
Custom work can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on what is requested.
If you are looking to have an order delivered by a specific date or to ask when you can expect the order, please message me, I will also message you with tracking information to track your painting’s journey.
I must also note that I cannot take any responsibility for any damages caused by delivery companies during the transit of your order, however I use lots of protective measures to get your order to you safely.
All photos are taken in natural light conditions, colors may vary depending on screen monitors and mobile devices.
Resin artwork scratches easily so please be careful upon opening packages, especially if using knives or scissors to open up your order.
All my pieces are carefully wrapped in glassine paper, then in foam wrap, and cardboard. Then custom cut foamboard is wrapped securely around everything. I also recycle all of my cardboard and boxes that are I receive in my supply deliveries. Some cardboard may have writing and printing on but is purely used for protecting your order and has no link the the prints and writing that may be on the cardboard.
I also use lots of packing tape to ensure your piece is tightly packed and kept in place within its packaging protection, please open your order slowly to ensure you do not scratch or damage the artwork while you open it.
To clean a resin painting and avoid surface scratching, use a clean, slightly damp microfiber or soft cloth and clean the painting using small circular motions. You can also use a small amount of glass or window cleaner on your resin paintings. For anything that sticks to the resin painting try using an oil based cleaner such as an oil based make up remover to remove any sticky bits that have found their way onto your painting, then remove any residue with warm water and a soft cloth in small circular motions. Avoid using rough materials to clean your painting as this may cause scratches in the resin.
I do not accept returns.
